You are
a perfect match for us – if you are a
hands-on
product leader with:
12+ years of product management experience in building and scaling B2C/D2C products.
Passion for unveiling the possibilities at the intersection of Offline + Online.
A vision and strategy to enhance omnichannel customer journeys and to move north star metrics.
A strong analytical acumen and a deep UI/UX understanding.
An ability to influence his/her team and stakeholders.
An ability to adapt quickly & willingness to be part of our ambitious growth journey.
What will be your responsibilities –
As a member of the Product
Leadership
Team, you will contribute significantly to overall product and organizational strategy.
Define and lead the strategic direction for omnichannel product charter, focusing on
innovation
and meeting the evolving needs of the beauty market.
Maintain and prioritize the product roadmap based on customer and business impact.
Develop
effective communication
channels with the cross functional business teams to ensure transparency and alignment on product strategies and roadmaps.
