The noon ecosystem of services now includes marketplaces for food delivery, quick-commerce, fintech, and fashion. noon is a work in progress; we’re six years in, but only 5% done.

About the role

You will be part of a team of engineering, user experience, and quality assurance professionals collaborating with colleagues across the business to define and execute on the roadmap for your domain. The focus of this squad will be to help with the category discoverability, increasing engagement on the platform and driving key projects like personalization etc.

We are looking for a world-class Product Manager to work with teams of engineers, designers, analysts, researchers, and marketeers to innovate and continuously reinvent our customers’ journeys.

What you’ll do

Lead the ideation, technical development and launch of innovative products aimed at improving the full customer lifecycle from acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and reengagement

Conduct data analysis and market research to identify growth opportunities for the product

Identify trends and challenges within the customer journey and develop relevant product solutions

Make business decisions and prioritise based on data and impact on key metrics.

Drive product development with a team of world-class engineers and designers

Set up the infrastructure for usability studies, research and market analysis to inform product requirements that enhance the user experience

Understand our customers deeply through interviewing, surveying, and user testing

Develop a system and operating model to assess the success of developed products

Optimise the growth funnels through data analysis and user research

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or any related field

2-3 years of experience in Product Management role

Strong product management experience building consumer products

Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities

Avid curiosity and passion to take on tough challenges

Experience driving user growth in consumer products

Experience in using qualitative research to develop growth strategy

Demonstrated UX skill set

Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally

Excellent business judgement

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Experience working at a high-growth startup is a plus

Experience working on a Product Growth team is a plus
