The Pinkvilla team is looking for a dynamic, smart, talented Product Manager to join our team and contribute to the evolution of our digital products. As a Product Manager specializing in e-commerce, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and enhancement of our digital shopping platform. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept ideation to launch and optimization, with a focus on delivering seamless user experiences and driving business growth.

What do you need to do? (Role and Responsibilities)

Product Strategy and Roadmap:Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for the e-commerce platform, aligned with business objectives and market trends.

Market Research and Analysis:Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation and optimization.

Feature Prioritization:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and merchandising, to prioritize features and enhancements based on business impact and user needs.

User Experience Design:Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that enhance the shopping experience and drive engagement.

Product Development and Launch:Lead the product development process, including defining requirements, creating user stories, and overseeing the development and testing of new features and functionalities.

Performance Monitoring and Optimization:Continuously monitor product performance metrics, conduct A/B testing, and gather user feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Fosterstrong relationships and effective communication with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of product initiatives.

Project Management:Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure timely delivery of product milestones and initiatives.

Stakeholder Engagement:Engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to gather input, provide updates, and solicit feedback on product initiatives.

Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in ecommerce and fashion retail to inform product strategy and innovation.

Who could you be? (Background and Experience)

3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the e-commerce or fashion industry.

Proven track record of successfully managing digital products or platforms from concept to launch.

Strong understanding of e-commerce business models, user experience design principles, and agile development methodologies.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.

Passion for fashion and a deep understanding of fashion trends, consumer behaviour, and the competitive landscape.
