Remote-first, innovation-led, and growth-focused, we’re looking for a Product Manager who thrives in ambiguity and turns user pain points into product wins.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product roadmap for key customer journeys — from discovery and personalization to checkout and post-purchase experience.
- Partner with UX, data science, and marketing teams to build A/B test frameworks and measure feature impact using behavioral analytics.
- Translate customer feedback and market trends into prioritized feature specs using lean product principles and Jobs-to-be-Done frameworks.
- Own KPIs for core funnels (conversion, retention, AOV) and collaborate with engineering to ship high-impact experiments weekly.
- Work cross-functionally with supply chain and merchandising teams to align product features with inventory dynamics and trend forecasting.
- Lead sprint planning and backlog grooming with Agile/Scrum rituals — ensuring clarity, velocity, and outcome-based delivery.
