Responsibilities:
Owing the customer experience for Personalization & Recommendations Product Team based on data insights, and driving the execution to the end.
Work with Analytics, Business, Product and engineering teams to improve recommendations to help customers discover relevant products
Represent the voice of the customer both on the advertiser side and end customer side to make sound business decisions that solve key problems for the customer
Sharing regular and insightful updates with business leadership on progress of Projects
Requirements:
This may be the right next role for you if:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering from a tier 1 institute, MBA or advanced degree from IIM/ISB is a plus.
You have 2+ years of experience in product management/product analytics roles with product companies.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with hands-on data analytics skills and ability to derive insights from data and make data-driven decisions.
Proven experience of comfort with “hands-on” management of tasks while managing multiple competing priorities simultaneously.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Innovative, team-oriented, and have a desire to participate in change and appreciate a dynamic environment with rapidly changing priorities.
