You will serve as the guardian of your product “truth,” ensuring that every style, colorway, and size flows accurately from concept through sourcing, stock management, and ultimately to the customer—across both physical and digital channels. You will blend technical ERP know-how, data-governance discipline, and close coordination with design, sourcing, and sales teams is what keeps a fashion-retail operation running smoothly and profitably.

This role will be responsible for:

Product Creation and ERP Data Entry: create item records, attribute sets, bill-of-materials (for bundled SKUs/sets), and unit-of-measure conversions (e.g., set pack sizes); do batch uploads & integrations through import templates or API connectors to bulk-load product data, then validate for errors (missing fields, duplicate SKUs, invalid categories); ensure ongoing maintenance and handling updates—price changes, season-end markdowns, inventory transfers, discontinuations—and ensure cascade to all dependent modules (inventory, procurement, sales orders);

Inventory Management:Monitor stock levels, analyze sales performance;

Product Allocation: Coordinate logistics and with retail stores to allocate merchandise efficiently according to demand and product portfolio;

Sales Analysis: Analyze sales data, identify patterns, and generate reports inhouse and for the brands; build regular reports on data-quality metrics (e.g. % of SKUs with complete digital assets);

Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments, including design, production, marketing, and retail, to ensure smooth coordination and alignment of merchandising activities;

Pricing and Markdowns: Assist in pricing strategies and markdown planning by analyzing market trends, competition, and sales performance, while maintaining profitability goals;

Administrative Support: Provide general to the merchandising team when required, including data entry, filing, document preparation, and scheduling meetings.

About you:

Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively;

Bachelor’s degree;

Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions;

Proficiency in MS Excel and other relevant software for data analysis and reporting;

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work;

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams;

A passion for luxury fashion and a strong understanding of the industry’s latest trends and dynamics.
