Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a knowledgeable and trusted advisor to clients, providing expertise on skincare and aesthetics products.
Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for clients and colleagues.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuringcustomer satisfactionand retention.
Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities, promoting product benefits, andclosing deals.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform product strategies.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and educational resources.
Provide feedback to internal teams on product performance, customer needs, and market demands.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and network with professionals.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar role within the skincare and aesthetics industry.
Excellent knowledge of skincare products, treatments, and procedures.
Strong sales skills with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
Outstandingcommunication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
Flexibilityto travel within the designated region and attend events as required.
