Ensure the development and coordination of the brand’s audiovisual productions, both internal and external, by providing support to the production team and facilitating the efficient execution of projects across all stages. Guarantee that processes run smoothly and organized, aligned with the company’s creative, operational and sustainable standards.
Responsibilities:
Support the team with production tasks throughout all stages of image creation and studio management, as well as assist in resolving issues that may arise during the process.
Efficiently track projects, ensuring that deliverables meet company expectations and are completed within established deadlines.
Monitor material stock and manage necessary replenishments.
Maintain fluid and ongoing communication with the photography and video teams, as well as other Brand departments, to ensure the successful development of projects and coordination among stakeholders.
Upload, update, and manage audiovisual content on the website and internal servers. Share materials with relevant departments.
Assist in managing and communicating with external collaborators: casting, project information, flights, hotels, invoicing, hiring, image rights, among others.
Source new suppliers when necessary.
Create and maintain updated tracking documents for production management, talent coordination, and studio workflow.
Oversee studio logistics: receive packages, organize and arrange samples, control product check-in/check-out, and properly document all processes.
Manage supplier invoicing. Monitor budgets and expenses reporting them accurately.

Requirements for the Role:
Familiarity with production processes, ideally in the fashion sector, both in studio and campaigns organization.
Studies in fashion, communications, audiovisual production, or related fields.
Fluency in English and Spanish, both spoken and written.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and management ability.
Proactive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
