Production Sample Tracking:
Sample Tracking Chart Update:
Update the sample tracking chart daily based on the sample shipment list received from factories, approval emails and both seasonal and exclusive order list.
Track the sample shipments from factories daily.
Update and share the sample list for shipments to the factories and shipping department.
Sample Shipment:
Work closely with shipping department to provide samples and detailed information for shipping documents
Ensure timely sample shipments to factories (occurring 2-3 times per week)
Sample Tagging & Organization:
OS Tagging – Manage OS tagging each season as soon as the Market installation ends.
Sample Organization – Organize CS along with OS based on each delivery schedule and production stage for each style upon receipt from factories.
TOP Sample Distribution – Coordinate with Sales, the warehouse, and the Shipping department to properly distribute TOP samples.
Sample Flow Facilitation:
Communicate sample needs for Sales, Marketing and Development and facilitate available samples without production schedule interruption.
Maintain accurate sample tracking to ensure proper allocation to each department in need of the sample.
Act as the primary contact for additional TOP requests, working closely with Sales and Shipping departments.
Monitor the status of current season samples for Marketing/PR use, responding to the Marketing department.
Production Fitting & QC Assistant:
Sample Receipt & Organization: upon receiving of samples from factories, organize sample based on production fitting schedule
Production Fitting: assist in dressing and undressing mannequins during the fittings to ensure an efficient process.
QC: upon receipt of TOP samples and/or returned items, assist in transporting all related items after the QC process is completed.

Requirements:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellence in communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PLM software and other relevant computer applications
Understanding of international and domestic shipping logistics
Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
Problem-solving mindset with proactive and cooperative approach to tight deadlines and a dynamic setting.
Preferences:
1-3 years of experience in production coordination, apparel manufacturing, or supply chain management
Familiarity in fashion production process including sampling, fittings, and quality control
Knowlege of garment construction and textile
Ability to handle physical tasks, such as lifting, dressing mannequins, and organizing samples
Salary $80,000
