What You’ll Do:
Support Senior Director, Shoot Production on every phase of shoot production
Manage Senior Director’s calendar
Manage Shoot Production Calendar: Outlook + Wrike
Collect Agenda points for Shoot Production Team Meetings + Post Production Meetings
Manage Monthly Castings and assist in Model Bookings
Create Model Boards + Presentations
Book Looks Models for Fashion Office and Design Team
Help Facilitate Style Outs with Fashion Office
Manage Equipment/Supplies for MMK, MKC, Mens Design Team (Looks/Proto/Runway)
Book Messengers for Product/Production Supplies
Coordinate travel arrangements for photo shoots:
Hotel Charts
Flight Grids
Submit T&E and Shoot Incidental Expenses on concur, and ensure they are reclassed to appropriate gl code.
Point Person for Stock Imagery Requests
Pull requested imagery for launched campaigns for vendors
Organize and maintain prop closet + production supplies
Ability to handle special projects and ad hoc requests as needed
You’ll Need to Have:
Relevant internship experience or 1 year experience in fashion industry
Ability to work in NYC office 4-5 days a week
Bachelor’s Degree
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Strong verbal communication skills
Ability to think and work strategically; able to foresee opportunities and plan with foresight
Resourceful, solution oriented
Highly organized, motivated, self-starter
Resilient, able to work under well under pressure
Comfortable with working early and after hours as needed, light manual labor
