Role Description
This full-time, on-site Production Assistant role is based in New York, United States. The Production Assistant will provide support in managing daily production operations, ensuring quality control, coordinating with vendors, and assisting with customer service. Additional responsibilities include administrative support, organization of production materials, and collaboration with the wider team to meet production goals.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Production Assistance and Quality Control to ensure smooth operations and high production standards.
- Experience in Customer Service and the ability to professionally communicate with vendors and clients.
- Proficiency in Editing and attention to detail for managing production documents and quality checks.
- Demonstrated Teamwork skills with the ability to effectively collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized with excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.
- A strong interest in the fashion industry; prior experience in luxury or eco-friendly brands is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Business, or a related field is preferred.
