We are looking for a Freelance Production Associate for a top fashion company in NYC.
Responsibilities:
Set up styles in system
Issue po’s to vendors
Manage WIP charts with Vendors
Gather and prep submits sent from vendors for design approval
Manage and problem solve daily issues which may affect production calendar and on time delivery
Work with cross functional team to manage TNA
Work with sales on extensions or late dlvy accordingly
Follow up on bookings
Work with our overseas office as needed
Qualifications:
Must have +5 yrs production experience.
Must have Microsoft excel skills
Knows how to multi task and work in fast pace environment.
Have “Team work” attitude.
