The Opportunity:
The Production Coordinator will be responsible for the successful management of our company stock orders – including raising Purchase Orders into our system, confirming all production KPI’s with suppliers whilst ensuring company DIFOT metrics are met. This role involves a high use of Microsoft Excel.
Raising purchase orders to be delivered to 3 separate warehouses
Ownership & management of a group of suppliers
Communication with offshore supplier base
Accountability for order accuracy
Understanding of the critical path and your role in getting information to suppliers in a timely manner
Quality control of production
Desire to understand strategic direction of the business
Skills we are looking for:
Order raising and maintain delivery schedule within expected time frames across global warehouses.
Manage outstanding orders for accuracy and DIFOT intent.
Generating barcode and carding documentation.
Wide range of stakeholder management, including internal Lovisa departments, and Lovisa’s offshore suppliers.
Quality control all goods received.
