Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in our Factory operations? We’re seeking a dedicated Production Coordinator to join our team and ensure the seamless execution of production processes. As a Production Coordinator, you’ll be the linchpin between our Factory and our valued customers, handling a diverse range of responsibilities to ensure top-notch service and efficiency.

Established in 2008, Fashion-Enter’s Fashion Studio is renowned for its expertise in creating first patterns, toiling, seals, grading, and short-run production, catering to a broad spectrum of clients. From budding start-ups to prestigious brands like Community Clothing, Nbrown, Very Group and Vivien of Holloway.
As a Production Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, orchestrating the efforts of our skilled team comprising cutters, machinists, and quality controllers. This is a mid-weight position; we are looking for a candidate with 3-5 years’ experience.
The Role:
As a Production Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for:
·Customer Relations:Act as the primary point of contact for our customers, managing all aspects of their accounts and attending development and progress meetings.
·Account Management:Handle the setup of new customers and oversee the servicing of existing accounts, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
·Supply Chain Management:Source and order fabric and trims, coordinating deliveries and conducting quality control checks to uphold our standards.
·Sample Management:Facilitate the timely creation and approval of production samples, maintaining detailed records and coordinating with customers throughout the process.
·Order Processing:Utilize our in-house computer system for order management, updating accounts, and ensuring smooth processing from receipt to delivery.
·Logistics:Coordinate the packing and delivery of orders, including those for our own range and PPE, and manage stock records for trims and fabric.
·Sales Support:Identify and pursue sales opportunities, including through e-commerce, social media, wholesale channels, and sample sales, contributing to the growth and success of the business.

·Team Player:Thrive in a collaborative setting, fostering positive relationships and effective communication with team members and clients alike.
·Computer literate:Proficient in Excel and other computer skills essential for streamlining operations and maintaining accurate records.
·Experience:This role is for a mid-weight position with 3-5 Years minimum experience
