Stocked in over 5000+ stores globally including Sephora, Boots UK, Urban Outfitters, Anthropolgie, The Iconic, Coles and Woolworths – as we grow further in the USA, UK, EUROPE and MIDDLE EAST, we are looking for a Production Coordinator, preferably with experience in the Beauty/FMCG/Fashion industries that isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and help us grow across the world!
*Please note this role is Full Time in office setting, based in our new South Melbourne HQ.
The Production Coordinator will manage and oversee our production planning and process of our SLICKHAIR product assortment, coordinating all aspects end-to-end concept to delivery of current and future NPD products.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee entire Production Process with our co-manufacturer ensuring all sampling and bulk goods are adhering to production schedule and delivered on time.
Manage the production schedule across all our SKU’s.
Oversee all artwork submissions for products, working with graphics team to update any required new artwork on products and packaging.
Work closely with our Co-manufacturer to ensure all product certifications required are updated regularly across all products and regions.
Work with Supply Chain Manager, Suppliers, and Co-Manufacturers to ensure we are booking in production schedules on time.
Co-ordinate offshore packaging and production with our offshore suppliers, ensuring all production timelines are met and delivery timelines are adhered to.
QA management ensuring all our ranges are adhering to all international manufacturing and labelling standards and all compliance standards.
Ensuring all required market and product range certifications are up to date and adhered to.
Accountability and ownership of project deliverables and production deadlines
Experience and qualification:
MUST have Significant experience in production management and timelines
MUST have experience with offshore sourcing and manufacturing.
Able to work or demonstrate experience working in a Global structure, international mindset and international compliance
An understanding of QA/QC for FMCG industry (advantage for beauty industry) across international markets.
