Excalibur Garments Inc. has been one of rapidly developed companies in fast fashion industry. We work with numbers of factories overseas, which are equipped with sophisticated Intelligence Apparel Transport System (IATS), multiply cutting system, auto spreaders and onsite testing lab.
All factories have been proudly certified by Walmart, Costco, Macy’s, Sears/K-mart, The Children’s Place, Kohl’s, Disney, Marvel, Lego, NBC, Hello Kitty and Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production(WRAP).
We are looking for entry level Production Coordinators who has high efficiency and detail oriented to support our production department. The Production Coordinator contributes to the seasonal production process by coordinating the placement, execution and follow-up of manufacturing orders, ensuring the timely delivery of quality, profitable goods, responsible for logistics management, create sales report, analyze sales data etc.
Responsibilities:
- Examine and analyze customer’s need, target price and expected delivery schedule, create cost charts to review with manager for relevancy and meeting the desired margin.
- Oversee all aspect of pre-production and production such as sample requests, product development, testing, costing and awareness of customer requirements.
- Daily communicate with overseas factories, responsible for on time deliveries of bulk orders and timely communication with customer on any delivery updates.
- Review logistic performance, timely follow up with logistics team, close monitor delivery schedule.
- Create sales analysis report, present cost analysis and sales summary, meeting recaps, maintain all data entry and ensure information is accurate.
Skills and Requirements:
- Superior organizational skills and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines; highly detail oriented and meticulous.
- Knowledge of garment manufacturing, including construction, fabrication, trim and print techniques is a plus but not required.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office EXCEL.
- Bilingual in Chinese/Mandarin is highly appreciated.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 – $45,000.00 per year
