We are a growing online athletic performance wear company specializing in some of the top brand names. We source, process, and ship products nationwide through live shopping and e-commerce platforms. We are seeking a full-time Production Coordinator to partner with our Live Sales Host to produce and coordinate the behind the camera work for our live sales events.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare and coordinate livestream ebay auctions.
- Start the live stream auctions.
- Pull and prepare the next products for the host to feature on the live stream.
- Work quickly to assure there are no delays between auctions.
- Balance and troubleshoot our livestream.
- Respond to chat questions in a timely, helpful and professional manner.
- Adjust products being featured – in real time – to reflect the audience and the items being purchased by the current audience
- Keep detailed records of all items sold
What We’re Looking For
You may be a great fit if you are comfortable with technology and have experience working with someone to coordinate efforts in real time.
We’re looking for someone who has:
- An understanding of live productions or a willingness to learn.
- Comfort with computers, technical equipment and troubleshooting.
- Very strong organizational skills.
- Strong multitasking capabilities.
- Strong detail orientation.
- An ability to think quickly under pressure and adjust in the moment
- Highly collaborative and a strong team player.
- An ability to work seamlessly with the on-air Host.
- Is dependable and punctual
Compensation
- Competitive hourly pay $18-20
- Potential to add additional commission based on sales
Hours
· Full-time position. 12 noon-8pm with some flexibility to adjust the start time within the team with management approval.
· Monday-Friday with occasional weekend shifts possible.
