We are seeking an experienced, highly organized, and results-driven Production Coordinator/Manager to join our growing team. This role is critical to the success of our supply chain and production operations. The ideal candidate will be an Excel expert, possess deep knowledge of production workflows, and have strong communication skills to work closely with our global factory partners. Can have experience from (consumer goods, apparel, housewares, home etc.)
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all production schedules and ensure on-time deliveries through daily communication with international and domestic factories.
Serve as the primary point of contact for suppliers, managing order flow from sampling to final delivery.
Negotiate and clearly establish supplier terms, production timelines, and quality expectations.
Hold suppliers accountable to agreed-upon standards—must be comfortable being firm, direct, and persistent.
Build and maintain accurate production tracking documents and dashboards using advanced Excel skills (e.g., formulas, conditional formatting, pivot tables).
Coordinate with internal teams (design, sourcing, logistics, sales) to ensure alignment across departments.
Monitor and manage potential delays or quality issues proactively.
Continuously seek improvements in production efficiency and cost effectiveness.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in production coordination or management, preferably in a product-based business (consumer goods, fashion, housewares, etc.)
Strong command of Excel—must be confident building and managing complex tracking sheets.
Proven track record of working with international suppliers (e.g., China, Vietnam, India, Turkey)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills—must be assertive and solution-oriented.
Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple timelines and vendors.
A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
