We are looking for a passionate Production Management & Planning Expert to join the RTW, Classic Shoes & Accessories Production Team based in Marghera (VE). The ideal candidate will bring solid expertise in manufacturing and industrialization within a luxury or fashion environment, combined with a strong understanding of craftsmanship, product quality and operational excellence. Acting as a key link between Business, Technical, Supply Chain and Quality teams, the role will translate commercial needs into efficient production plans, while safeguarding the highest standards of quality, craftsmanship and timely delivery.
Main Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete manufacturing and industrialization process (strictly post-development/product engineering), ensuring delivery schedules match business demands.
- Act as the primary operational bridge between the business/sales teams (translating commercial needs into production plans) and the technical teams.
- Coordinate daily with the Supply Chain department to optimize material flow, logistics, and delivery timelines.
- Partner closely with Quality Control (CQ) to enforce rigorous luxury standards and quickly resolve any manufacturing defects or compliance issues.
- Monitor industrial KPIs, manage external laboratories and artisan workshops, and utilize digital tracking systems to maintain operational transparency.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in a pure production management role within luxury or high-end fashion (focusing on manufacturing, not product design/development).
- Languages: Good working knowledge of English (written and spoken).
- Technical Skills: Strong command of IT systems, including ERP software, production planning tools, and advanced data analysis tools.
- Soft Skills: Excellent cross-functional communication, high resilience, problem-solving under pressure, and a dynamic, proactive approach to operational hurdles.
For this role, the estimated gross annual salary range is €30,000 [Min] – €40,000 [Max], under the CCNL Abbigliamento, Confezioni – Industria/SMI, Level 5. We value your unique journey; your final compensation will be evaluated based on your skills, experience, and potential to grow with us.
