As the Production Manager, you will be creating product designs and concepts, along with display or presentation ideas, to our global audience of accessories lovers. Your focus will be to understand the voice of the brand, its audience – the W+Co girl gang, and translating that into effective designs and products, in line with campaigns, trends and resulting in strong sell through. You have to be a highly motivated individual with an interest in lifestyle product and accessories design, and a desire to contribute to a fast-growing label.

You will also be responsible for the production and sourcing of our merchandise and supplies across different countries. You will be coordinating merchandise flow from sample production, to landing the finished product into our warehouse or directly to our customer. Your key responsibility will be to manage and ensure that our purchase orders are fulfilled in an accurate manner, with a focus to meet the business objectives through thorough planning and effective communication
