On behalf of our HNWI client, we are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee the complete product development and production lifecycle for luxury Ready-to-Wear and Couture collections.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage luxury material sourcing, procurement and vendor relationships
- Oversee production planning, inventory, BOMs and ERP workflows
- Coordinate printing, embroidery, cutting, assembly and final delivery
- Maintain strict quality standards across all production stages
- Track production costs, timelines and operational KPIs
Requirements:
- 8+ years’ experience in luxury apparel, high-end womenswear or DTC fashion
- Strong knowledge of luxury fabrics, garment construction, printing and embroidery
- Experience with fashion ERP/PLM systems and advanced Excel
- Proven expertise in inventory control, sourcing and vendor management
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Production, Textile Engineering or a related field
- Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 14,000–18,000 per month
