Our Client is a leading Fashion Brand in Women Wear having their Production Factory, Retail Store & Office at Dubai, UAE. They have total 40-50 employees & looking for staff for their factory at Dubai.
Position: Production Manager-Fashion Industry for women wear
Location: Dubai, UAE
Work Timing: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM ( 6 Days/Week)
CTC: INR 2,00,000 to 3,00,000 based on quality of experience + Medical Insurance + 30 Days Paid Leaves after completion of one year + to-fro air tickets for India during paid leaves(one time/year), Tax Free Salary
Job Requirement:
Production Manager will manage the production process from order placement, through manufacturing and delivery of finished goods, to ensure the on-time delivery of quality garments. Track production deliverables and status to proactively identify issues. Responsible for all vendor communication, including onboarding new vendors. Facilitate confirmation of final cost and delivery dates with teams and merchant partners.
Responsibilities:
1. Receiving Fabrics & confirming on the inventory of received materials with the Merchandiser team.
2. Upon receiving the fabric, facilitating it to the Printing facility and coordinating with the concerned personnel for further production process.
3. Coordinating with the production team for process flow, ensuring the work is carried out as per company expectations.
4.Understand and support the pre-production process.
5.Once Printing is done, taking the printed panels to the embroidery facility, and coordinating with concerned personnel for embroidery work.
6.Taking details from operations team whether styles have full embroidery and completing it as per request while ensuring it meets the quality expectation.
7.Both Printing and Embroidery work to be processed together once discussed & approved.
8.Checking on whether right size, quality and color of beads / stones/ crystals are used.
9.Checking on the right quality of thread being used.
10.Checking whether the size of print and embroidery is matching the actual pattern or not before heading for final piece.
11.Checking the embroidered panels once done whether softening treatment has been given or not.
12.Once all the above is processed accurately & successfully, coordinator will prepare the package style wise and send it to for production with a detailed list of products/goods.
13.Manage logistic issues for overseas transportation.
14.Preparing report on whole production process for senior management
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Supply Chain, or related field.
Experience:
Minimum 8-10 years of progressive sourcing experience within a complex, fast-paced apparel environment. Specialty retail and/or direct-to-consumer experience is preferred.
Experience working with Top Tier Fashion houses and Designers
