About Role
As a Merchandiser Production, you will act as the key liaison between our design, production, and vendor teams — ensuring each collection is executed to perfection, on time, and up to the brand’s quality standards. This role plays a critical part in overseeing end-to-end production, from preparation to final delivery.
Key Responsilibities
- Coordinate and monitor the entire production process from design preparation to final QC.
- Develop and maintain production plans, schedules, and progress reports.
- Manage communication and workflow with external vendors (pattern making, embroidery, printing, etc.).
- Conduct in-process and final quality checks to ensure product excellence.
- Maintain documentation including vendor delivery notes, alteration/repair forms, and daily progress reports.
- Identify and report production issues or delays (delay log) and follow up on solutions.
- Uphold the PUTROHRAMADHAN quality and craftsmanship standards throughout the process.
Qualifications
- Minimum D3 / Bachelor’s Degree (Textile, Fashion, Production Management, or related field)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in fashion production or merchandising (preferably in apparel or creative industry) Fresh Graduate are welcome
- Strong understanding of the fashion production flow (cutting, sewing, embroidery, finishing)
- Experience working with external vendors and handling multiple projects simultaneously
- Detail-oriented, organized, disciplined, and able to work under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
