Production Pattern Maker Jobs in Vernon at The Massing Group
Job Summary
We are looking for a Production Pattern Maker who can work along side our Pattern Maker to check samples/pattern card along with the pattern itself and make adjustments as needed to insure accuracy and pass it to our marking and grading department to move into production.
Responsibilities
- Cross checking sample with pattern card with pattern
- Make sure that all notches and templates are accurate and pattern is perfected for production to grade and mark
- Utilize Tuka Tech to complete the above tasks
- Fill in all graded specs as well
Experience
- Proven experience in pattern making within the fashion or apparel manufacturing industry.
- Strong proficiency in drafting techniques, pattern development software Tuka Tech, and manual pattern drafting tools.
- Hands-on experience with machining processes related to pattern creation or modification.
- Solid understanding of garment construction principles, including sewing machine operation and fabric behavior.
- Knowledge of mechanical systems involved in pattern cutting equipment is a plus.
- Familiarity with the entire garment production process from concept to finished product.
- Excellent attention to detail with a keen eye for fit, proportion, and technical accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently under deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

Pay: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour
