Main Responsibilities
Within the Operations Dept., the ideal candidate, reporting directly to the Production & Demand Planning Manager, will be in charge of managing the following activities:
- Purchase Orders entry on SAP system and sending to suppliers;
- Management of necessary information for suppliers to execute the order (retrieval and sorting)
- Progress (production capacity) and order management check on SAP system
- Constant relation with suppliers, management and solution of problems relating to the order itself;
- Check and management of problems relating to production delays:
- Management of goods shipment from suppliers, dealing with the Logistics dept.
- Problems management with Sourcing dept.
- Management of issues relating to suppliers togheter with the Admin. Dept. (payments, deadlines, etc.)
Key Requirements
- Bechelor degree in Economics or equivalent
- At least 2 years' experience in equivalent role
- Analytical and problem solving approach
- Knowledge of SAP
- Fluent in English
- Strong computing skills especially Word and Excel
- Problem solving oriented
- Positive, proactive and flexible attitude
- Good relationship skills & team – working oriented
Compensation & Classification
- Salary Range: €28.000 – €33.000
- Collective Bargaining Agreement: CCNL Calzature – Industria
