Main Responsibilities
Within the Operations Dept., the ideal candidate, reporting directly to the Production & Demand Planning Manager, will be in charge of managing the following activities:
Purchase Orders entry on SAP system and sending to suppliers
Management of necessary information for suppliers to execute the order (retrieval and sorting)
Progress (production capacity) and order management check on SAP system
Constant relation with suppliers, management and solution of problems relating to the order itself
Check and management of problems relating to production delays
Management of goods shipment from suppliers, dealing with the Logistics dept.
Problems management with Sourcing dept.
Management of issues relating to suppliers together with the Admin. Dept. (payments, deadlines, etc.)
Key Requirements
Bachelor degree in Economics or equivalent
Analytical and problem solving approach
Knowledge of SAP is a MUST
Fluent in English
Strong computing skills especially Word and Excel
Problem solving oriented
Positive, proactive and flexible attitude
Good relationship skills & team-working oriented
