Responsibilities
Provide professional hair styling services including cutting, coloring, and treatments.
Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable styles.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hair fashion and techniques.
Upsell salon products and services to enhance client experience.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation to ensure a welcoming environment.
Mentor junior stylists and assist with training as needed.
Handle front desk duties including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries.
Requirements
Valid cosmetology license required.
Proven experience as a hair stylist with a strong portfolio of work.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality service.
Experience in upselling products or services is a plus.
