Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our incredible team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in various hair care techniques and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful hairstyles, offering expert advice on hair care, and ensuring that clients leave feeling confident and satisfied. Aveda knowledge is a plus but experience is required. Must want to be a part of a strong foundation and team while maintaining a positive and kind attitude, be a self starter, willingness to learn and grow, and hold yourself to a high standard.
Duties
Provide a range of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments.
Utilize color theory to achieve desired results for clients.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools and workstations to adhere to health standards.
Engage in retail sales by recommending products that enhance clients’ hair care routines.
Mentor junior stylists and assist in their professional development.
Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Skills .
Solid understanding of color theory to create customized color solutions.
Experience in retail sales with the ability to effectively promote products.
Ability to mentor less experienced stylists, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 – $30.00 per hour
