Seeking individuals to work in a fast paced, collaborative environment within the creative events industry.

PRODJECT is a creative agency that specializes in brand strategy, concept development and execution for events in fashion, music art and popular culture.

Clients include brands such as Chanel, Cartier, Khaite, Ralph Lauren, Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, Gucci, Prada, H&M, Miu Miu.

Summary:

Project Coordinator is responsible for working with project managers developing event logistics and plans.

Tasks include:

– Management of schedule

– Logistics management, trucking, vendor support

– Development of site plans and layouts

– Coordination of internal and external resources and schedules

– Communication with vendors and staff

– Development of event timeline and budget

– Internal team management and support

Requirements:

*Strong organizational, analytical and time management skills

*Collaborative work process

*Detail oriented capable of tracking information across multiple areas

*Understanding of event production processes including:

  • Logistics and Schedule
  • Vendor management
  • Scheduling and process

– Other production and site management a plus including

  • AV installations, lighting, rigging, HVAC, Video, film/TV production, etc.
  • Hospitality management
  • Stage Management
  • Trucking logistics
  • HR support and scheduling
  • Venue management
  • Security or permitting needs

Solid knowledge of following software applications:

– Google Suite

– Microsoft Excel, Word

– Adobe Indesign

-CAD software a plus (Sketchup, AutoCad, Vectorworks)

Required:

* Availability August 2026- September 2026

* Ability to commute to the office for regular work days Monday through Friday, 9:30am – 5:30pm

* Some weekends/ late hours required based on schedule

Experience:

-2+ years experience with live event or theatre management/production

Commitment:

In person work, office hours M-F 9:30 am – 5:00 pm, some weekends 

Contract positions available, commitment 2 – 4 months.

Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
