We are looking for an intern for our Getafe office to support us with our company’s suppliers and operations, as well as participate in team (Transport management system) TMS and (Suppliers relationship management) SRM projects aimed at enhancing current capabilities.

Your role will be:

Follow-up of the evolution of our suppliers in the incorporations to the company’s systems, through the security protocols.

Alerting of the risks of non-compliance, of the new company relations procedures, giving feedback to the affected departments (Logistic, Procurement, Development, Planning).

Build and updating key reports, support their onboarding to TMS y SRM tools.

Additionally, we will expect the intern to participate in team projects aimed at enhancing current capabilities (f.e. Asana, Jira, Microsoft project, new processes…).

What you need for the role:

Interest in Fashion industry.

Attention to detail and ownership.

High level of both Spanish and English is mandatory.

Good knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs and Microsoft Project.

Communication and proactivity.
