Job Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
Identify and pursue B2B opportunities with luxury property developers, hotel operators, interior designers, and consultants to pitch high-end furnishing solutions.
Lead the development and execution of the annual business plan and sales budget aligned with company objectives.
Proactively manage the sales funnel, from lead generation through to contract negotiation and closing, ensuring regular progress against targets.
Client Relationship & Account Management
Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers in the luxury residential and hospitality sectors.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless experience from first contact through to project completion.
Promote the brand’s design story and product excellence to align with client vision and expectations.
Tendering & Proposal Management
Prepare customized project proposals, pricing quotations, and bid documents in response to client tenders and Requests for proposals (RFPs).
Ensure all submissions are accurate, timely, and in line with client expectations and company positioning.
Project Coordination & Delivery Oversight
Work cross-functionally with concept &project design, procurement & imports, and logistics teams to ensure project timelines, specifications, and quality standards are met.
Monitor the execution of each project, from order confirmation to final installation, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
Marketing & Brand Representation
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop tailored B2B collateral, visual presentations, and digital content that reflect the premium nature of the product.
Represent the brand at networking events, trade shows, and industry forums to enhance visibility and generate leads.
Market Research & Strategy Development
Conduct ongoing market research to identify upcoming luxury developments, hospitality openings, and new business opportunities.
Stay informed of competitor offerings, pricing trends, and client preferences in the premium segment to fine-tune go-to-market strategies.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
Develop and implement daily/weekly/monthly action plans to meet or exceed sales goals.
Provide regular performance updates and pipeline reports to leadership, highlighting wins, challenges, and strategic adjustments.
Requirements :
8–10 years of proven experience in institutional/B2B sales, preferably within the luxury home fashion or furniture industry.
Strong understanding of the premium furnishing market, with a keen sense of client expectations in the hospitality and real estate sectors.
Well-established connections with hoteliers, real estate developers, and property investment groups are essential.
Must have a solid background in institutional sales, with a track record of winning high-value contracts and managing complex client accounts.
Bachelor’s degree is a mandate
