Job DescriptionReporting into one of the Senior PMs, this candidate will be responsible for interrogating briefs and requirements, mapping out project timings and plans, working with people from across the department and business and leading the project team in delivering the end campaign.
You will also be expected to lead by example in how you set up projects, use an in-house project management and collaboration tool, assess and book resource, communicate with wider and senior stakeholders, adapt and improve processes and share project and process learnings. There may be the opportunity to have a Junior PM as a direct report.
The Details
The day to day coordination and delivery of multi-channel global content, including promotional, campaign and partner brand activity, delivered by working with commercial, editorial, creative, content, marketing, talent, PR, CRM and social teams.
Creating project plans for medium and longer lead projects using resource information, and managing projects based on this
Setting up roles and responsibility documents and ensuring these are agreed amongst key stakeholders and clearly communicated and actioned
Ensure effective use of budget (where required) and creative resource
Communicating plans to project teams clearly and effectively
Managing the approval process, and escalating if support is required
Troubleshooting issues, escalating when required and working with the Senior PMs on adapting and improving processes to avoid future issues
Using our internal project management tool to manage and deliver all projects, book resource and communicate project information
Striving to constantly improve planning, processes and procedures required to deliver content and make recommendations to senior members of the team, to ensure efficiency and effectiveness is maintained at the highest level

Qualifications
About You
Substantial previous experience working in house or at an agency delivering digital creative marketing campaigns; ideally for a global business, where there are set processes in place
Experience working directly with senior stakeholders across multiple functions
An enthusiastic and proactive attitude. Although the team requirements and objectives are very clear, this role needs to be flexible and versatile, to adapt to the type of projects and workload that may arise as the business requirements evolve.
