Role Overview
We’re looking for a Project Manager to join at a key stage of growth and help elevate how we deliver projects globally. You will lead the end-to-end execution of high-impact unboxing experiences, PR mailers, and custom product concepts. This client-facing role combines delivery, creative production, and commercial ownership. You’ll ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards, while building strong relationships across clients, suppliers, and internal teams. Experience in gifting, PR mailers, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Experiential Campaign Ownership & Delivery
• Lead end-to-end delivery of experiential campaigns and PR mailers.
• Define timelines, strategies, and execution plans.
• Ensure quality and solve project risks
Creative Collaboration & Concept Development
• Partner with creative teams to develop strong concepts.
• Ensure ideas are feasible within production and budget.
• Bridge creative vision with execution and support brand storytelling.
Client Leadership & Strategic Partnership
• Lead client communication and presentations.
• Manage expectations on scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Build client relationships and drive account growth.
Commercial Ownership & Growth
• Manage project budgets from end-to-end.
• Ensure profitability and cost control.
• Balance creativity, quality, and timelines.
• Support pitches and new business opportunities.
Cross-functional Leadership & Collaboration
• Lead and mentor project teams.
• Collaborate with creativity, production, and finance.
• Ensure stakeholder alignment and drive delivery excellence.
Operational Excellence & Industry Awareness
• Improve processes and maintain high PM standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends.
• Contribute ideas to elevate creative and commercial output.

Skills & Experience
• 5+ years in project management / experiential marketing
