Who You Are:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Project Manager to work within the Creative Services Department. You will play an integral role in the team by driving process implementation, facilitating creative workflow, managing outside vendors, liaising with the wider business on their needs, making sure all projects are delivered accurately, on budget and within deadline – all while maintaining our creative standards and visual identity. You will ensure key stakeholders are consistently updated on each project’s progress; the success of which is driven by successful collaboration with teams, closely partnering with marketing, production and creative specialists to deliver exceptional and innovative business initiatives. This is a highly collaborative, cross-functional, and hands-on role on project management role for someone who is passionate about delivering projects effectively and on schedule to drive results.

What You’ll Do:

Workflow and Asset Management

Manage and streamline the workflow of the Creative Services team, ensuring efficient and effective operations.

Partnering with the Senior Art Director to manage the creative teams’ projects e.g. allocation, prioritisation, and the smooth running of the department.

Utilize asset management tools to manage and streamline the creative workflow.

Train team members on most effective practices for using an asset management tool.

Project Leadership

Effectively lead multiple end-to-end projects simultaneously – including planning, strategy, creative development, delivery and execution – based on business needs.

Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and budgets.

Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure all aspects of the projects are aligned with brand standards and objectives.

Managing risks and escalating when necessary, providing appropriate solutions as required.

Planning and organising internal review sessions, outlining clear agendas and next steps to protect project timings.

Production Oversight

Oversee the production of relevant print projects (including quantities and timelines for custom packaging for collaboration projects and capsule collections), ensuring high-quality outputs that align with the brand’s luxury image.

Work closely with designers, printers, and other vendors to manage production schedules, troubleshoot issues, and ensure final deliverables meet specifications.

Stakeholder Communication

Confidently collaborating closely with key stakeholders to drive projects forward.

Maintain regular communication with key stakeholders, providing regular project updates, incorporating feedback, to ensure communication and alignment.

Asset Management and Administration

Ensuring all final assets are updated and filed correctly.

Maintaining orderly job folders and planning documents

Keeping detailed records of all image usages, contracts, agreements, negotiations, and cost estimates.

You’ll Need to Have:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management within the fashion, luxury, or creative industries.

Proven track record of managing creative teams and leading complex projects to successful completion.

Experience leading both print and digital projects.

A strong team player who can develop trusted relationships between internal departments and inspires colleagues, takes initiative, and handle a fast-paced environment.
