A successful Project Manager has first and foremost a broad knowledge of the many facets of business and market forces and deep experience in project planning, budget monitoring and communication management. The Project Manager will be responsible for delivering Centric PLM Agile deployment projects ontime, per schedule, in budget, per responsible technical- and business goals of the company (e.g., out-of-the-box – OOTB configurations, customer business process mapping, and best practice advocacy). The Project Manager is also responsible for the reporting and communication of the project status to the client. The goal is to contribute to the clients’ long-lasting success so that our reputation can expand along with our clientele.

This position will report to the Italian Project Director, Customer Success

Responsibilities

Ensure a utilization target of 80% is met by:

Day-to-day responsibility for the successful delivery of a Centric PLM implementation project

Build project plans/phasing, project teams

Contribute to the definition of sales proposal especially:

Services allocation and break down

Product extensions

Project plan and timing

Statement Of Work (scope)

Organize resources to staff projects

Preparation and participation in Steerco meetings

Budget monitoring and responsibility

Preparation and presentation of project status reports

Issues resolution following escalation from customer

Follow up and support escalation of issues with PM R&D

Provide guidance based on experience and Centric best practices for any occurring problems, issues, and planning dependencies – conflict management/project management

Assist the client in implementing the plan and resolve any occasional discrepancies – change management / project management

Organizing and execute assigned Centric PLM software implementation projects on behalf of Centric according to client’s requirements and /or scope mentioned in the statement of work, SOW

Develop detailed implementation- and communication plans, including timelines, budget, resource and progress tracking details to drive small or big Centric PLM change initiatives

Organize the collection of information about the client’s business process, IT landscape and data usage through a variety of methods (business process analyses, interviews, surveys, reports, RFI etc.)

Maintain quality standards regarding methodologies, documentation, progress tracking, project administration by using internal Centric systems

Coach others and share experiences and knowledge Skills

Considerable experience as a Project Manager in the IT industry

Familiarization with agile project methodologies and practices
