Job Description:
We are looking for a seasoned and proactive Project Manager with over 10 years of experience to lead an office interior fit-out project in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the project from inception to handover, ensuring timely execution, quality control, and project management.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all phases of the interior fit-out project lifecycle.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
Prepare and track project schedules, budgets, and resources.
Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and compliance standards.
Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings.
Resolve on-site issues and mitigate project risks.
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
Proven track record in managing commercial interior fit-out projects.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with project management tools and AutoCAD.
