As we scale, we’re looking for a highly organized and communicative Project Manager to join our team onsite in Islamabad.
Role Overview
We are seeking a Project Manager with excellent English communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and experience using project management tools like ClickUp, Asana, Trello, or similar platforms. You will be responsible for overseeing internal and client projects, coordinating between teams, documenting SOPs, and ensuring tasks are executed on time and to standard.
This is a full-time onsite role based in G-11, Islamabad, with night shift hours from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM PKT.
Key Responsibilities
Manage internal and client projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery of tasks.
Use tools like ClickUp, Asana, Trello, or others to manage workflows, track deadlines, and assign responsibilities.
Act as the primary point of communication between stakeholders, team members, and management.
Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), internal documentation, and process guides.
Conduct regular check-ins and stand-ups to keep the team aligned and projects moving forward.
Identify and mitigate risks, proactively resolving any project roadblocks.
Monitor project KPIs, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring accountability across the board.
Assist in optimizing internal processes and recommending improvements for greater efficiency.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in Project Management or Operations.
Strong working knowledge of project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Trello, Notion, etc.).
Proven experience creating SOPs, documentation, and managing cross-functional teams.
Excellent English communication skills – verbal and written.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Tech-savvy and eager to learn new platforms and tools.
Must be able to work onsite in Islamabad (G-11) during night shift hours (7 PM to 4 AM PKT).
