Job Summary
This position will assist in coordinating the development and production of custom-branded apparel, accessories, and promotional products, supporting designated sales team members throughout the entire product lifecycle—from initial concept and sourcing through production and final delivery.
Working alongside experienced sales, production, and creative professionals, this individual will manage multiple projects and deadlines, communicate with domestic and overseas suppliers, and help ensure each program is executed accurately, delivered on time, and remains within budget.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable, with the ability to shift priorities and problem-solve in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Strong communication skills, initiative, and a commitment to operational excellence are essential.
Responsibilities
- Assist and provide daily production schedule and product development support to two designated sales managers.
- Maintain and create an accurate, detailed weekly jobs/production schedule log for all projects and present at weekly meetings you will be responsible to schedule.
- Develop and maintain project timelines to ensure that samples, approvals, production and deliveries remain on schedule.
- Assist with custom product programs from initial concept and preproduction through manufacturing, delivery and billing.
- Support sales managers in preparing product specifications, pricing requests, cost comparisons, ordering and client quotations.
- Align with Shipping and receiving department on relevant orders.
- Communicate with domestic and overseas factories, suppliers and logistics partners regarding pricing, samples, production schedules and delivery requirements.
- Coordinate product samples, client press approvals, revisions, testing requirements and production documentation.
- Review product specifications, artwork, packaging details, labeling and client requirements for accuracy.
- Monitor production progress both internally and with external suppliers to proactively identify potential quality, pricing or scheduling concerns.
- Coordinate order scheduling, purchase documentation, billing information and project records.
- Escalate issues that may affect client satisfaction, delivery commitments or client retention.
- Occasionally research and source new products, materials and design ideas that reflect current fashion, retail, accessory and promotional trends.
- Collaborate with the creative team to prepare customized client presentations, product proposals and sales materials when needed.
- Support FANFAB’s quality standards, code of conduct and sustainability objectives.

Pay: $60,000.00 – $68,000.00 per hour
