Job Descriptions:
Develop and implement long-term strategies for the Fashion business, including product sourcing and supply chain optimization
Identify and prioritize market opportunities to drive innovation and competitiveness in Fashion business
Act as the primary decision-maker for cross-functional collaboration, aligning marketing, sales, and operations efforts
Drive key partnerships with clients, suppliers, and manufacturers to ensure the project meets its business objectives and quality standards
Monitor and ensure the achievement of revenue, cost-saving targets, and efficiency targets
Identify potential risks in the project lifecycle and implement strategies to mitigate them
Foster a culture of continuous improvement to enhance product quality and operational efficiency
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Business, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in managing fashion or manufacturing operations, business development, or strategic partnerships
Proven track record in overseeing end-to-end manufacturing processes, vendor management, and supply chain optimization
Experience with private label or collaborative brand manufacturing in the fashion industry is a strong advantage
Deep understanding of Fashionmarket dynamics and business processes
Excellent leadership and team management capabilities
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong partnerships
