Believe Bride is seeking a personable, motivated, and fashion-forward individual to lead our Prom Department and assist our Menswear Department Head. This is a dynamic role that requires both strong leadership and a passion for people. You’ll play a key part in creating exceptional customer experiences, mentoring young staff, and supporting key departments during our busiest seasons.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the Prom Department, ensuring an engaging, organized, and stylish shopping environment.
Assist the Menswear Department Head with fittings, rentals, customer service, and daily operations.
Provide coaching, guidance, and mentorship to junior team members, many of whom are in their first job.
Deliver outstanding customer service with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail.
Maintain merchandising standards and contribute to a visually appealing sales floor.
Stay on task and manage time effectively while working independently and collaboratively.
Contribute to store-wide initiatives and support other departments as needed.

Schedule:
Must be available to work weekends.
Compensation:
Average pay is $25-30 hour with hourly pay plus tips, commission and bonuses.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
