No employee earns less than $20/hr in total.

Shampooing, cutting, and styling hair
Requirements
Valid barber or cosmetology license
Proficiency with hot irons, curlers, and blow-dryers (helpful)
Excellent interpersonal skills
Creative mindset and good eye for design
Compensation
Base pay plus product commissions, productivity bonuses, and tips.
