We are a consistently growing event marketing company offering marketing, advertising, and consulting services to large national companies and corporations. As we continue to expand, we’re seeking a Public Relations and Communications Assistant to spearhead our public relations initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with internal teams and maintain open communication with senior management to align PR initiatives with company objectives
Organize PR events and represent the company as a spokesperson, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders
Build and nurture relationships with customers, effectively communicating promotional services and initiatives
Develop PR strategies and campaigns to enhance brand visibility and reputation
Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with consumer, community, employee, and public interest groups
Coach client representatives in effective communication with the public and employees
Analyze the organization’s objectives, promotional policies, and needs to develop PR strategies that influence public opinion and promote products, ideas, and services
Maintain the organization’s image and identity through strategic PR efforts
Collaborate with managers to identify trends and evaluate advertising to ensure alignment with PR efforts
Requirements:
Previous experience in public relations, sales, or related fields is preferred
Ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders
Strong prioritization and multitasking skills
Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Desire to participate in professional development and take on new responsibilities
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently as well as part of a team
