Contribute to public relations and VIP teams to maintain, improve and amplify LOEWE’s organic and earned media efforts in the United States, Canada, Brazil and other markets within North, Central & South America. Work closely with US communications, marketing, events teams, as well as cross-functionally with retail and wholesale departments to coordinate 360 PR campaigns. Liaise regularly with HQ PR and VIP teams on showroom management, press asset distribution, sample delivery and retrieval. Working alongside PR Assistant, support in maintaining updated contact lists, media plans and budget trackers. Track magazine, newspaper and media management subscriptions and access information.

Job responsibilities

Manage sample trafficking for press and VIP requests, ensuring seamless tracking and coordination.

Pitch long- and short-lead features and placements aligned with strategic business and department needs

Work with the broader team to brainstorm and identify key talent for gifting initiatives.

Supervise team intern on maintenance tasks such as distribution list updates and GPS database cleanup.

Train and oversee interns alongside PR Assistant, ensuring they effectively execute daily tasks.

Prepare periodic editorial and celebrity dressing reports (ad hoc, monthly, quarterly, annual)

Ensure sample closet is adequately maintained

Support seasonal press days and PR events as needed

Handle logistics and planning for event invitations, scheduling, fittings, both in advance and on-site

Manage runway show PR efforts, including guest list management and monitoring coverage

Qualifications:

3+ years full-time experience in the public relations department at a fashion or luxury brand or agency

Strong relationships with media figures, thorough understanding of editorial calendars

Adept at social listening and familiar with editorial monitoring systems

Good familiarity with sample trafficking processes & shipment logistics

Works well in fast-paced, growing organization

Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills

Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills

Strong interest in digital trends and passion for media and culture

Luxury and fashion sensibility

Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office and PR database & monitoring tools.

Working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat and Photoshop, Sharepoint, Teams, OneNote, Power BI preferred.

Excel expertise a strong plus

COMPENSATION

LOEWE uses the published salary range as a guideline to provide our employees with market-competitive pay while allowing for flexibility to recognize and reward various levels of expertise, performance, and tenure. While the published salary range is a good faith reflection of the targeted salary level for the position, LOEWE reserves the right to pay outside of the published salary range of $65,000.00 to $72,000 per year.
