About Us :

The Souled Store is a homegrown youth casual-wear brand started in 2013. We are one of India’s largest online merchandising platforms with licenses like Disney, Warner Bros., WWE, IPL, Viacom18 to name a few. Apart from selling products with themed designs such as superheroes, movies, TV shows, and cartoons, the brand also is at the forefront of the latest youth style and fashion trends. In addition to core men and women wear apparel categories, we are also in the process of expanding to new categories and introducing new product lines in the existing categories like activewear, supima products, innerwear, personal care products like perfumes and very recently launched footwear and kidswear.

Although we are primarily an online brand, we’ve expanded in the offline retail space as well and have six offline stores in Mumbai, one in Pune, one in Bangalore, one in Delhi, with plans for expansion pan India.

Team Position & Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Public Relations (PR) Specialist to join our team. As a PR Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic communication plans to enhance the public image and reputation of our organization. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to craft compelling messaging, manage media relations, and execute PR campaigns across various platforms.

Responsibilities :

Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies to promote our organization’s mission, initiatives, and achievements.

Cultivate and maintain relationships with key media contacts, journalists, bloggers, and influencers to secure positive coverage and media placements.

Write, edit, and distribute press releases, media pitches, and other communication materials to targeted media outlets.

Monitor media coverage and industry trends to identify opportunities and mitigate potential reputational risks.

Coordinate and facilitate interviews, press conferences, and media events, ensuring key messages are effectively communicated.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, media, and customer experience teams, to align PR efforts with overall business objectives.

Manage social media accounts and online presence, engaging with followers and responding to inquiries in a timely manner.

Measure and analyze the effectiveness of PR campaigns using relevant metrics and KPIs, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies in PR and communication

Education & Experience :

5+ years of experience as a Public Relations Professional, preferably within the apparel industry.

Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
