The goal of this position is to increase the brand awareness and strengthen the image of a luxury male fashion brand. In order to achieve the goal, this position manages and executes media advertising, press release and coverage, digital and social media exposure, product placement, and influencer seeding and PR event.
RESPONSIBILITIES MEDIA ADVERTISING & PRESS RELESASES
– Execute and report media advertisement based on the annual media plan
– Produce the advertising assets with HQ and the media agency following the global guide
– Prepare, distribute and monitor PR releases based on annual and monthly PR plans
– Report weekly/monthly PR results: print and digital coverage, product placement
– Prepare seasonal look-book, press release materials, advertorials
– Manage relationship with media, celebrities and influencers and support inquiries
– Order seasonal samples and manage the sample inventory
– Manage and co-work with PR agencies to maximize the product exposure on media
– Coordinate product placement and photo-shooting
– Regularly monitor competitors’ PR activities
– Translate English press release materials and review website texts
– Communicate with HQ to manage
– Communicate with stores and retailers to support sales promotion
– Manage monthly PR expenses
EVENTS AND PROMOTIONS
– Suggest creative ideas, plan details, execute and report for PR events and promotion
– Communicate and co-work for event with HQ, external partners and agencies to well deliver
and localize the brand concept
– Develop cross industry partnership for co-marketing projects
– Regularly monitor competitors’ activities
INTERNAL COMMUNICATION
– Share PR plans, seasonal campaigns, issues with internal teams
– Work closely with relevant departments for effective PR and sales results
– Deliver any ad hoc administration and assistant duties to ensure smooth running of the team
