Starting date:Now, permanent contract after 6 months probationary period

Location:Remote based in Portugal or Sweden. Slack and Discord are your best friends! Note: While you aren’t expected to work around the clock, there might be eventual requests for meetings in later or earlier hours due to time zone differences.

Your Main Responsibilities

Effectively lead publishing projects, establish deadlines, and keep the publishing team on task. This includes both internal and external projects.

Design plans for meeting goals and introduce processes to ensure the quality of the work.

Keep track of all dates and delivery requests across our projects.

Organise and maintain the publishing team’s file folder structure and project documentation.

Upkeep the creative request ticket system and handle asset delivery upon completion.

Collaborate with PMs and CDs across the company to keep up with incoming projects and needs from all teams.

Track hours spent in each project to improve our reporting system.

Submit internal resource requests as they become necessary.

Be a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

Who You Are

You are a fast learner and enjoy a fast-paced work environment.

You are structured and adaptable.

You are able to collaborate effectively and drive initiatives with cross-functional teams.

You either have experience working with clients or are a good communicator.

Solid understanding of market trends and consumer preference.

You have at least 3 years of agile project management experience.

You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.

You are based in Portugal or Sweden.

Desired Qualifications

You have experience working closely with development, marketing, public relations, and distribution teams to ensure that products are produced and marketed effectively and profitably.

Experience working in the gaming industry or in another creative production and delivery capacity is a plus.
