Are you driven by a mission to change an entire industry? Swedish Stockings is looking for a Supply Chain Operator to take ownership of structuring and driving the flow of goods across our operations.
You will play a key role in an international scale-up, working close to decision-making with real impact. This is an exciting opportunity in a fast-growing company where sustainability, innovation and hands-on problem solving are at the core of everything we do. You will contribute to reducing environmental impact through smarter inventory planning and logistics choices.
You will join a dynamic team with short decision paths, where you are encouraged to take ownership, challenge existing ways of working, and actively contribute to building scalable supply chain processes for the future.
You will play an important part in implementing our new ERP and set the routines for scalable supply chain processes.
Responsibilities:
- Article and product master data management
- Forecast orders, optimize stock levels and ensure efficient inventory planning
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, aswell as incoterms and trade complience
- Maintain close collaboration with warehouse teams and logistics partners
- Manage orders and deliveries for partnerships and white label business
- Analyze and follow up on sales reports, forecasts and KPIs, and proactively plan actions based on insights
- Work cross-functionally and act as project lead in supply chain related initiatives.
Your profile:
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
- Highly structured and organized, with a flexible and solution-oriented approach
- Relevant professional experience is requried, preferebly within purchasing and logistics
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Confident working with multiple suppliers and logistics partners

Swedish Stockings’ headquarters are located at Skeppargatan in Stockholm. We operate our own warehouse in Köping and work with a 3PL partner in the US.
