Main purpose of the Quality Assurance Lead role:
This is a full-time role for a candidate who will assist in leading and monitor team status. Minimize monetary loss from defective merchandise received from vendors and customer returns.
*Must be available for the following shift: Monday – Friday 6am – 2:30pm EST
Major Responsibilities:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Collaborate with QA Manager on daily processes weekly
Monitor QA team’s daily assigned duties for accuracy and efficiency
Assist with weekly report running to help asses volume in departments
Assist with updating system processes for efficiencies on a regular basis
Coordinate QA process training with new team members or connecting departments
Communicate with vendors regarding defective and unacceptable merchandise as needed
Review and edit time stamp entries in ADP for team members
Coordinate department team activities and other functions as needed
Able to navigate proficiently through multiple systems
Coordinate and follow up with other departments to ensure problem resolution, and work together with other Customer Service team members to promote an environment of customer satisfaction
Assist in other areas in department as needed
