Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Full ownership of Instamart and Noon Minutes accounts including GMV targets, margin management, and ROI on promotional spends.
  • Onboard / Scale on other quick commerce platform, ensuring listing of relevant SKUs + driving initial growth.
  • Ensure 100% listing health, accurate content, in-stock rates, and pricing hygiene across all SKUs on both platforms.
  • Drive organic ranking through keyword strategy, reviews, and ratings. Plan and execute paid placements (sponsored listings, banners) to maximize share of search.
  • Negotiate and execute platform-level deals, flash sales, combo offers, and event campaigns (Big Billion Day, End of Season, etc.).
  • Work with operations and supply chain teams to maintain dark-store inventory levels and prevent stockouts during high-demand windows.
  • Be the primary point of contact with Instamart and Noon Minutes category managers; negotiate for better shelf space, promotional support, and data access.
  • Grow presence on Amazon, Flipkart, and other relevant marketplaces with a focus on ratings, content, and revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain weekly dashboards tracking key metrics; translate data into actions and present insights to leadership.

Requirements:

  • 4–5 years in ecommerce / q-commerce, preferably in FMCG, F&B, or consumer brands
  • Hands-on experience with Instamart, Blinkit, Zepto, Noon, or similar quick commerce platforms
  • Strong analytical skills , comfortable with Excel / Sheets and platform dashboards
  • Experience planning and executing paid promotions on quick commerce or marketplaces
  • Ability to negotiate with platform key account managers
  • Experience working across GCC markets (UAE,KSA) on Noon or regional platforms
  • Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central or Flipkart Seller Hub
  • Knowledge of SEO / ASO principles applied to marketplace listings
  • Prior experience at a D2C brand or aggregator managing multiple platforms simultaneously
  • Basic understanding of supply chain and dark-store replenishment cycles
