Mode Search is supporting a prestigious heritage fashion brand in its search for a Real Estate Coordinator.
Based Monday to Friday in the Mayfair Head Office, this role reports to the Maintenance and Facilities Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operational delivery of all facility management services.
The Role
Oversee and coordinate all property maintenance activities, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Ensure properties comply with health and safety regulations and other legal requirements.
Develop and manage budgets for property maintenance, optimising resources for cost effective solutions.
Collaborate with external contractors, negotiate contracts, and supervise their work.
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, expenses, and property conditions.
Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs and address potential issues proactively.
Conduct monthly self-assessment SLA checks in support of quarterly contract performance requirements
Responsible for the image and visual standards of the site/s taking ownership of any issues or concerns
Requirements
Fire Warden Training & First-aid at work certificate is advantageous.
Minimum 2 years experience in Maintenance & Facilities.
Understanding of luxury retail environment which requires constant attention to detail.
Familiarity with safety regulations and protocols related to facilities management.
Knowledge of building systems, incl. HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
Ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
Flexibility and ability to travel within UK.
